Welcome to the noctu.co.uk website. By assessing this website you agree to the terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive 20% VAT.
Customers purchasing from a country outside EU will be charged by noctu for the shipping costs only. Import duty and tax costs may be invoiced to you directly from the courier company.
Insurance and delivery
noctu insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
In case of a complaint please contact customer service at email@example.com

A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information and ensures full security while being transmitted via the Internet. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in GBP, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
