Returns + Exchanges

 

noctu gladly accept returns but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all noctu tags.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.

Please fill out the return form provided by us and include it in the return package.

Please feel free to try the item(s) on in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of damage. If the item is used in any other way than described in the above we consider the item as used and you will loose your right of return partially or completely. 

As soon as we have received and accepted your return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
